Why travellers need this
Every week travellers reach the check-in desk for a flight to Vietnam without an approved e-visa. Some applied and the application is still pending. Others expected to get a visa on arrival. Airlines check the e-visa at check-in and can refuse boarding without it, so the traveller needs help quickly.
That is the moment your code is useful. A traveller whose application is already submitted can check its status and have it speeded up. A traveller who has not applied yet can order a new e-visa with urgent processing. Either way the order is placed on the same application form, and your code is counted on both.
How it works
- Choose your code. Sign up and pick a code: your name, or a word like ARLANTA. It works straight away, for any number of travellers, and it stays yours.
- Give it to the traveller. Tell them to apply at vietnamvisahelp.com and enter your code, send them your link, or let them scan your QR code. The 5% discount is applied on the form.
- Get paid. Every paid order shows on your account page. Commission is available 30 days after the traveller pays. From US$45 you ask for a payout to PayPal or a bank account.

You earn 15% of what the traveller pays, on every paid order that carries your code. There is no limit on the number of travellers.

This is the page you get after signing up: your code, your QR code and card, what you have earned and every order that used your code, the latest first.
Your QR code and card
Your account page has a QR code with your link in it and a card you can show on your phone or print. A traveller who scans it opens the application form with your code already applied. You can email the card to yourself and forward it, or send it on WhatsApp.
Have a website?
Download our WordPress plugin from your account page and put the Vietnam visa application form on your own site. Every application paid through it carries your code and earns you the same 15%.
Run a Facebook group or page about Vietnam?
If you run a group or page where travellers ask about Vietnam, the same questions come up every week: do I need a visa, why is my e-visa still pending, I fly tomorrow. Sign up with a code that matches your group and you get two Facebook-sized banners with your code and QR code on them, plus a ready-made post that says openly that you receive a referral fee. Your members pay 5% less, and you earn the same 15% on every order paid with your code.

The rules
- Check your employer’s rules first. Many airlines and ground handlers do not let staff accept referral fees.
- The traveller sees, when they use your code, that the person who gave it to them gets a fee from us.
- No commission on your own visa.
- Tax on what you earn is yours to handle where you live.

Who can sign up?
Anyone who meets travellers on their way to Vietnam: airport and airline staff, security staff, taxi and ride-hailing drivers, guides, hotel staff. You need an email address. It takes a minute and your code works at once.
How much do I earn?
15% of what each traveller pays, on every paid order that carries your code. On a US$199 visa the traveller pays US$189.05 and you earn US$28.36.
Does the traveller pay more because of me?
No. With your code they pay 5% less than the normal price.
How does a traveller use my code?
Three ways: they scan your QR code, open your link, or type your code into the “Discount code” box on the application form. Each way, the order is counted as yours.
When and how am I paid?
Commission becomes available 30 days after the traveller pays; if the order is refunded before then, it is not paid. From US$45 you ask for a payout on your account page, to PayPal or a bank account. We check it and send it by hand.
Can I put the application form on my own website?
Yes. Your account page has our WordPress plugin and the steps to install it. The form on your site carries your code.
Do I need my employer’s permission?
Check your employer’s rules first: many airlines and ground handlers do not let staff accept referral fees. If you work for yourself, as most drivers and guides do, it is your decision.
Is this the government?
No. We are an independent commercial service that prepares and submits the e-visa application for the traveller. The official government portal is evisa.gov.vn.
