When to use this service
This is for travellers who have already submitted an e-visa application on the official Vietnam Immigration portal and are waiting. Your registration code is valid, the application is somewhere in the queue, and your travel date is close. We take your existing case and push it through the official review queue so it’s issued within 12 hours instead of the usual 3–7 business days.
- Your flight is in the next 1–3 days
- Your portal status reads Submitted or Processing
- You don’t want to re-apply and lose the $25 fee you already paid
- You already have your registration code from the portal
How the escalation works
- You send us your details. Registration code from the portal email, passport number, full name, email, date of birth, and your travel date. We confirm we can take the case within 30 minutes.
- You pay the $89 escalation fee. Per applicant. We send a secure payment link by email or WhatsApp. Payment is only taken once we confirm the case is eligible.
- We escalate through official channels. Your case is flagged for priority review. Your existing registration code stays valid — nothing is re-submitted.
- You receive the approval email within 12 hours. The approval letter comes from the official portal, identical to a normal approval. Print it and travel.
Opens the secure application form at vietnamvisahelp.com — where you enter your registration code and pay.
Common Questions
Is this an official government service?
No — we are not the Vietnamese government. We are a processing facilitator that works with official partners to escalate stuck applications through legitimate priority-review channels. Your approval letter itself is the same official document you would receive through normal processing.
What if the application is denied anyway?
We do not take payment if we detect a likely blocker during review (see the note above). If you pay and the case is still denied despite a clean file, we refund the $89 fee in full. The original $25 government fee is non-refundable — that’s controlled by the Immigration Department, not us.
Can I expedite multiple applicants at once?
Yes. The fee is $89 per applicant. Send us all the registration codes and details in one email and we process them in parallel.
How do I know my registration code?
It’s in the confirmation email you received immediately after submitting on the official portal. The subject typically contains “Vietnam Electronic Visa” or “E-visa application”. The code itself is usually a letter followed by digits.
Does this work if my portal says “Not Granted”?
No. If your application has already been refused, escalation is not possible — the file is closed. You would need to submit a new application with corrected details. We can help with that as a standard fast-track service (see the speed-tier options on the status page).
