My passport had seven months validity left. Almost didn’t qualify. Vietnam requires six months minimum from entry date. The application form flagged this and I had to confirm I understood. Status took normal time to process but it made me nervous. Getting passport renewed before next trip. Don’t want to deal with that uncertainty again.
